Job Description:
A company is looking for a Travel Agent (Full Service) to join
their Travel Contact Center Team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve Members/non-Members through various communication channels by
selling and servicing domestic and international travel
products
Book and provide counsel on travel needs, including FIT trips,
while maintaining compliance with regulations and policies
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during interactions
and participate in testing new systems/procedures
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; travel school graduate
preferred
2-3 years of leisure travel industry experience with knowledge of
automated airline reservation systems
Proficiency in PC usage and GDS/travel platforms
Extensive knowledge of worldwide geography
Ability to work in a high-volume call center environment and meet
performance requirements
