Treasury AnalystLocation: 5000 Kansas Avenue Kansas City, KS 66106Work Model: HybridDepartment: FinancePosition Summary:Responsible for the planning and execution of daily Treasury activities, including, but not limited to, daily funds movement, investment options for excess cash, credit card programs, loan facilities, FX, and hedging activities. In addition, work with management to project the company's cash flow and manage associated revenue streams and expense categories. Partner with department and company leadership to create and execute standards and go-forward strategies that will provide financial leadership and value to the organization.Primary Functions and Essential Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities and implement treasury-related business process improvements
• Develop and support treasury policies, procedures and controls
• Support special projects and acquisitions as assigned
• Ensure daily, weekly, period, and annual treasury processes are executed timely and accurately
• Ensure proper treasury services are procured, and authorities are established, with banking relationships
• Ensure daily cash positioning and funds movement is completed on all banking days
• Troubleshoot daily transaction issues
• Perform periodic cost review of bank fees; review and negotiate treasury contracts with banks
• Serve as primary administrator on online banking platforms
• Effectively work with and support internal business partners including AR, AP, legal, tax and IT
• Work with internal and external auditors
• Manage corporate card programs
• Develop, monitor and update treasury department budget
• Provide development, career progression, and succession environments for direct reports
• Other duties as assignedQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or business-related field required, MBA a plus
  • Professional certification preferred, but not required (ie., CTP, CPCP, etc)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and BI Tools (Power Bi, Tableau, etc); experience with PeopleSoft preferred
  • Excels at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environments
  • Excels at building effective relationships across diverse populations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with project management
  • Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
  • Requires minimal direction in carrying out responsibilities
