Job Description:

We're hiring a Diesel Mechanic / Manager to oversee a small maintenance team and handle repairs on diesel trucks and heavy equipment. This is a hands-on leadership role with long-term, full-time work.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems


Lead and train a small team of mechanics


Maintain service records and schedules


Coordinate parts orders and manage workflow


Ensure shop safety and efficiency



Qualifications:

5+ years of diesel mechanic experience


Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills


Leadership or shop management experience preferred


CDL or ability to obtain one is a plus


Welding/fabrication skills a bonus
